Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations, amendments and refunds work on your Tratoli booking.

Overview

We know plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, date changes and refunds work for packages booked through Tratoli Management Private Limited.

Because a package combines flights, hotels and operator services, the strictest applicable supplier rule may override the standard charges below.

How to cancel

To cancel or amend a confirmed booking, email booking@tratoli.com or call +91 89998 38286 with your booking reference. Cancellation takes effect from the date and time we receive your written request.

Standard cancellation charges

30 days or more before departure: loss of non-refundable deposits and any supplier charges already incurred.

15–29 days before departure: up to 50% of the total package value.

7–14 days before departure: up to 75% of the total package value.

Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: up to 100% of the total package value.

Non-refundable components

Airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and special-event or peak-season bookings are often non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. Your quote identifies non-refundable items where known.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, net of applicable charges, typically within 7–14 business days once supplier refunds are confirmed. Bank and supplier processing times may extend this.

Date changes & amendments

Where suppliers allow, we will try to move your dates instead of cancelling. Amendment fees, fare differences and rate changes apply and will be confirmed before any change is made.

Force majeure

For events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions — we will pass on any refunds or credits recovered from suppliers, but cannot guarantee a full refund.
