How do I get a quote?
Open any package and tap “Request a quote”, or use the Request a quote page. Share your dates, group size and preferences and a travel expert sends 2–3 tailored options within 24 hours.
Is a quote the same as a booking?
No. A quote is free and has no obligation. Your trip is only booked once we send a written confirmation and the agreed payment is received.
Can I customise a package?
Yes — every package is a starting point. You can change cities, hotels, dates, activities and pace, and we will reprice it transparently.
What is included in the price?
Prices are per person on twin-sharing and include the inclusions listed on the package (typically flights, stays, transfers, sightseeing and select meals) with taxes. Optional add-ons are shown separately.
How do payments work?
We share a payment schedule when you book. Some components need full prepayment to lock availability. You always get pricing in writing before paying anything.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the underlying supplier rules. Reach out as early as possible to reduce charges.
Do I need a visa or insurance?
You are responsible for valid travel documents. We will advise on visa and entry requirements, and we strongly recommend travel insurance for every traveller.
