General Refund Policy

• Tour-Specific Refund Terms: Each tour package offered by Tratoli has its own refund terms and conditions which are determined by the tour operators and suppliers. Please review the refund policy specific to your selected tour package on the booking page before making a purchase.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Some tours may require non-refundable deposits to secure your booking. These deposits are clearly indicated in the tour details and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Flights, Hotels, and Activities: Certain flights, hotels, and activities may be non-refundable. While Tratoli will make every effort to secure refunds from these suppliers, we cannot guarantee their availability.
• Cancellation Requests: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your booking details. The eligibility for a refund and the amount refunded will depend on the specific terms of the tour package you have booked.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval of your cancellation request. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Refund Calculation: The refund amount is calculated based on the cancellation policy of the tour package. Factors such as the time of cancellation, non-refundable fees, and penalties will be considered. The refund policy may vary according to the date of cancellation.
• Service Charges and Administrative Costs: Tratoli Management Private Limited reserves the right to apply, retain, or modify service charges at its discretion. These charges may cover administrative work including but not limited to itinerary planning, customer follow-ups, payment collection, supplier coordination, and handling cancellations. These charges may be deducted from the total refundable amount, even if partial or full refunds are received from suppliers.
• Additional Charges on Cancellations: Tratoli reserves the right to impose additional service charges on cancellations, especially for customized holidays. These charges may include compensation for time and effort spent on itinerary planning, following up with vendors, coordinating payments, handling special requests, and other operational overheads. These charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity and effort involved.
• Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), Tratoli will follow the refund policies of the respective tour operators and suppliers. We will make every effort to negotiate the best possible refund for our customers.
• Amendments to Bookings: Any changes or amendments to your booking may incur additional fees and affect your eligibility for a refund. Please review the amendment policy of your selected tour package for details.
• Discretionary Refund Adjustments: Due to the complexity of having multiple components such as flights, hotels, activities, and transfers in a single package, Tratoli Management Private Limited reserves the right to adjust the refund amount at any time based on our discretion and the actual work involved.
